I have nothing but positive things to say about my new home!! It was a pleasure working with the property manager, Amr. It’s truly refreshing to see a manager who is not only dedicated to maintaining the property but also genuinely cares about the tenants. Thanks to his diligence, the application process was completed in just one week, and I couldn’t be more grateful. The community is clean, quiet, and very family-oriented—with ongoing improvements!!

Ive had a great experience living here. It is affordable with me having 3 kids in a bad economy. I've been here 4 years and with the new management it has been great. The property manager Amir cares about the residents and works diligently to make sure we have a safe environment. He even got the pool opened back up for us to enjoy this summer. Which im looking forward to.

My brother has lived at Ashford Brook going on three years. It has been such a great experience. Amir, the office manager, has been very helpful, professional, accommodating, and attentive. He is a hands-on manager, often seen walking the grounds with his staff. He and his staff work diligently to maintain the grounds, keeping the areas around the garbage bins as clean as possible, including the laundry room. Because of Amir and his staff, the community feels safe, and quiet. It's obvious that he cares about the community and is actively making improvements necessary for the upkeep of the community. I am very appreciative of what Amir and his staff are doing.

I recently moved in to Ashford Brook Apartments. The complex is clean, quiet, and comfortable—everything I was looking for in an apartment. I especially want to thank Amir, the manager, for being so professional, kind, and accommodating throughout. He made the leasing process quick, easy and stress-free.
