Ash Street Place Apartments

Tauni and Melissa have been nothing but sweet to me while I have been living here. I have been living here for almost a year now and I have enjoyed being a tenant to them! The maintenance crew at first wasn’t very savy but the new guy is pretty cool and has fixed most of my issues since I have been living here.

I love this place very nice people in the office is on point with everything they do maintenance is always on point n at fast service almost a year living here n i love it here

Just toured these apartments and I’d never seen a management office so on top of everything. Tauni is so sweet and kind.

DO NOT LIVE HERE….. THEY DO NOT EVEN KNOW WHO OWNS THE PLACE . THERE WAS A SCAMMER WITH A FAKE DEED WHO TRIED TO SAY HE OWNED ASH STREET AND NOW EVERYTHING IS TIED UP IN THE LEGAL SYSTEM. WE AS TENANTS, DO NOT KNOW WHERE ARE MONEY IS GOING AND THEY DO NOT FIX ANYTHING. SO ITS DEFINITELY NOT GOING BACK INTO THE APARTMENTS.

I've lived here for about 7 months now and really like it! The management is good about giving you a heads up when filters are going to be changed or when the maintenance team will need in to take care of something. All the appliances in my apartment have been in good working order with no issues. The place is very clean. It was simple to get my new kitten moved in. My neighbors are all nice, considerate people! Great location too!
