Hello im a resident at the reserve at stone creek in stone mountain ga. I have been trying to reach the district manager Mr Nate Full for over 2 weeks now. My home has not been safe to live in over a months now. Shooting in the building and no police presence and loud rowdy neighbors have been complaining about to the property manager and nothing has been done . My lease is suppose to end in 2 weeks . But Unfortunately I'm being told I have to give them a 2mnths notice so now Unfortunately I have to stay another year because I cant go anywhere else with this on my credit.

I’ve tried to handle things privately, but I feel like I need to share my experience living at Woodlake Meadows so that others are aware of the conditions here. I was stung by a wasp while walking down the shared stairwell of my building — I have a serious allergy, and this could’ve ended very differently. I immediately notified the leasing office and maintenance. Instead of treating it as a safety issue, I was told it “wasn’t an emergency” and even suggested that I must’ve provoked the wasp — which is ridiculous because I was just walking down the stairs. A maintenance request was submitted, and I was led to believe it was handled. But days later, I was stung again in the same exact spot. Sapphire apartments in Houston is infested with mold that’s coming from the AC system and nothing is being cared for. They just paint over it. Benny chaskelson just says goodluck when it comes to reaching out for help. We had to throw out furniture. Many residents stuck in a moldy apartment.

Horrible customer service and management. We have been without AC for the last three days with temperatures reaching 103°F in Atlanta, GA. Management hasn't been answering or returning calls. I had to leave work at 3 PM yesterday for them to fix it, but it still isn't fixed. They've had three different managers in the last month. Pest control is not maintained. The pool hasn't been cleaned or working properly in the last three years. There's trash all over the ground, and there are big rats at the trash cans. No renovations have been done in the seven years I've been here.
