He was professional, communicated, and successfully communicated with the township and represented me and attained a reduction in my taxes. Don’t ever use anybody else. Thanks, Matt.

Matt Nolan did a great job. Excellent communication and fast responses to my questions. Matt was able to have the initial assessment reduced and that reduction saved me several thousand dollars in property taxes. I will use him in the future.
