Extremely disappointing experience with Ascot’s land development and warranty service. There are ongoing and unresolved drainage issues that have significantly impacted our property and additional properties on the street. Despite numerous follow-ups, attempts to speak with Ascot team members, there has been no communication, no clear timelines provided, and repeated delays in addressing our concerns. Yet, they send out contractors to dig on properties with no heads up or plan presented. They cut corners, look for the cheap way out and hide from homeowners wanting answers. We bought an Ascot home less than a year ago, and I can't speak highly enough about the customer service/warranty. Walker is the manager for our site in Raeford and he is amazing. He is always so helpful and is very knowledgeable. He has come out multiple times when we needed something fixed or looked at regarding our home warranty. Also Amy, who has helped a couple times with my concerns is so kind and always finds the answer. We really appreciate this type of customer service because it's rare and I feel like Ascot has gone out of their way to be good to their buyers!

Ascot Homes presents itself as a company that “supports service members,” but my experience, and their documented history, tells a very different story. This company has demonstrated poor business practices and a pattern of building code violations that raise real concerns about safety and accountability. In our neighborhood, critical safety issues were identified and brought to their attention, yet they refused to take corrective action, even when children were clearly at risk. Ascot Homes markets heavily toward service members, claiming they are their “top customers.” In reality, that appears to be driven by location and price point, not integrity or respect. My husband and I purchased our first home with Ascot in Southern Pines. We are super happy with it! They were extremely patient with us and took time to explain everything. We toured a few other new construction homes in the area but were very excited about everything that came included and the overall price. Thank you!
