My son and I had an excellent experience touring Ascent Peachtree with Felix, who kindly accommodated us as walk-ins and provided a thorough, professional tour of the townhome, penthouse, and one-bedroom residences. The property is stunning—modern, impeccably maintained, and architecturally impressive, with exceptional amenities and beautiful attention to detail throughout each unit. We also had the pleasure of meeting Ashley, the Property Manager, who was warm, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. She took the time to explain the process clearly and made us feel truly welcomed. We were highly impressed with the entire team and the property and would highly recommend Ascent Peachtree.

The location is convenient, with easy access to offices and restaurants, making it ideal for busy professionals. The building itself is sleek and well-maintained, offering excellent amenities. My apartment features stylish finishes, plenty of natural light, and a comfortable layout that feels like home. The management team is friendly and responsive, ensuring a smooth living experience. Customer Service was amazing!!! Ms. Rikki was the leasing agent that helped my husband and I. She was so kind, patient and extremely helpful. She answered all of the questions we had and let us take our time viewing the units. This apartment complex is so beautiful!!! It smells amazing and everything looks super clean as well. Overall, I had a luxurious experience and definitely recommend checking out this apartment complex for yourself!!

I’m running a review as a delivery driver. It is completely horrible to drop off at this location. You need a code to get on the elevator is no parking hardly ever when you go to the leasing office or look for an area is no one there to let you in or assist you. I absolutely hate to deliver at this specific address. Just an FYI, the drop off pick up parking to get in here process is really difficult.
