i’ve lived here for a year and a half and while the quality has been slowly declining, it has never bothered me until now. the 1st picture attached? that is after cleaning up 90% of the trash. i SWEAR TO GOD this is LITERALLY nothing compared to what was out here. the 2nd picture attached? that’s only one half of it. after this picture it got WORSE. yes it is finally mostly cleaned up, but the response to living with this? unacceptable. for an entire month, the trash area was overflowing. and i’m not talking about just furniture, i’m talking all over the ground for at LEAST 50ft, you couldn’t use the turn in they have for people to access the dumpsters, nothing. the smell was HORRENDOUS. you could smell it from across the complex, and i live DIRECTLY in front of it. as soon as i opened m

I am new to this property and I am impressed with how nice my apt. is. Usually in Austin, affordable rent comes with a lot of issues. Not here. The neighborhood and well maintained. The staff is professional and the maintenance team actually work! Love it! I saw the maintenance cleaning and fixing some stuff and it's beautiful here. I'm close to my job, I can afford to live, my neighbors are cool. No issues with my place. 10/10 def recommend.

I wouldn’t recommend living here. The parking situation is really bad. And management doesn’t do anything about it instead they threaten with towing your car. When asking management what they are doing to fix it. They responded with nothing. The African American lady in the office basically told me that she doesn’t care about the residents. On top of that they charge you for pest control but they don’t do anything about roaches. I have never seen any pest control being done. They will lie to try to get you to rent here. There are over 6 properties in the area with the same pricing and better amenities. I would highly recommend choosing these other properties than this one. Because it may look like a nice properties but it is all a facade.

I recently toured the property and had a wonderful experience. AJ was absolutely amazing—she took her time, thoroughly answered all of my questions, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the tour. I was initially hesitant to visit after reading some previous reviews, but I’m so glad I came. The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and I did not observe any of the concerns that had been mentioned. Overall, it was a very positive experience.

i fell in love with the floor plan of this place, i looked at this place on a lunch break with my roomate, there were some small things like a broken baseboard in the garage and a hole on the patio side wall from the storage door knob, but these things got fixed. we applied and paid the deposit all within a week and i moved here in may 2025 and the first 3 months were great, when i had maintenance request they showed up usually within the same week and fixed things this was until i saw a pair of mice/rats in my garage one day, i called the office about them more than once and nothing was done. and then after some times there was roaches in our kitchen we could not get rid of no matter how clean we were. theres atleast 5-6 maintenence request i have put in since november that have never bee
