I lived here starting in June 2022 and moved out in less than a year. Unfortunately, my experience did not match what was advertised. What they quote as rent is not what you actually end up paying. Between added fees and utilities, the monthly cost was significantly higher than expected. I now own my own home and my utility bills are noticeably lower, which speaks volumes about how utilities were handled here. Rent increases were aggressive. After my rent was raised, my monthly payment was higher than my current mortgage. That alone made it difficult to justify staying. Close to everything I need, which has made settling in really easy. The leasing office deserves a special shout-out. The staff has been reliable, responsive, and truly on top of things — answering the phone promptly and handling questions and maintenance requests quickly.
