I have been waiting to get my end-of-year maintenance done for over 8 months now, about the hit the 2nd year mark now. The roof doesn’t have a roof cap ,which leaks the water all the way to the water heater in the garage when it’s raining. Sick and tired of calling and emailing. I wonder if the new houses being build will have a cap bc I have been waiting on the cal for over 8 months and I wonder how manh houses were sold and build during this time frame.

This is a great community in a growing and vibrant area. The home buying experience from sales to move-in was very smooth. What matters most to me is how things go after the sale. I'm extremely happy with the post-sale warranty support. I worked closely with Curtis Parrish and he made the process very easy. He knows the homes and the trades very well and followed-up w/ me post-repairs to make sure Pulte got it right!

The entire experience of my home purchase with Pulte Homes was an amazing experience. It started the minute I walked through the doors at the models where Brent the sales agent greeted me, to working with Pulte's loan agents to Brian the Builder Engineer. Each and every interaction was great. I felt like I was in good hands from the very start. I think I was blown away at the reality of everything becoming just such an easy process. It truly was a wonderful experience. My home feels so well put together and sturdy. Everything is functioning and working as it should be. I will absolutely recommend Pulte Homes to anyone who is looking to buy!

So far I am happy with buying with Pulte house. Expecially their Customer Care Manager, Curtis Parrish is an excellent cooperative person. Any issue with the new house, he is very cooperative to help. The construction manager Josh also was excellent guy. I am not sure where is now.
