The leasing process with Ana & Angie was smooth and the complex is so beautiful! Maintenance team does a great job! They responded to our service requests in very short time and made very swift repairs. Lying by the gorgeous pool area with my sushi has been enjoyable! The pathway going around the retention pond beside the conservation area is perfect for walking, jogging, or observing wildlife.

Assistant Ana is an excellent professional. She is attentive and a great customer service representative, providing all the relevant information about the condominium. I signed the contract because she helped me with everything. Congratulations on having such an excellent professional working with you!

Love this brand-new apartment! Feels amazing knowing everything is new and finishes are updated. I love the white cabinets, gives a very modern feel! The pool, clubhouse and fitness centers are beautiful and unique. I will definitely be spending my days tanning on the lounge chairs - it seriously feels like you're at a resort! There's also a pretty view of the lake from the lounge swings; day beds and my dogs will love the dog park!

The community truly feels welcoming and well maintained. The apartments and grounds are beautiful, and the overall atmosphere is calm and inviting. The staff is professional and helpful, and Angie does a great job ensuring everything runs smoothly. You can tell pride is taken in how the community is managed.

The administration of this condo is terrible. They put a lock on the pool gate so kids can’t use it, leaving us with no space to play. There’s a ping pong table that nobody ever uses, but when we tried to play “fut mesa” there, the office staff came to yell at us. There are no security cameras, and there have been multiple cases of theft. All the kids’ balls have disappeared – I had two, and both were stolen, and the same happened to other kids. People who don’t even live here come inside and do whatever they want. They even kick neighbors’ doors, and then residents blame the kids who actually live here, even though we know the rules and respect them. The pool is often “under maintenance” for several days, clearly to prevent the kids from using it. This is unfair and disrespectful to the
