Ascend Midtown

I had my reservations after I moved in. There were some things not up to standards but once notified, they moved quickly to correct any issues I may have. I also want to mention the excellent job that the Business Manager, Angela Brooks has done in making sure every time I called, she followed thru and exceeded my expectations. My attitude has changed about my decision to move here because of her. Great job Angela and thank you for your dedication to make sure I and the tenants here are taken care of. Thank you Ascend for hiring such a dedicated lady.

Don’t live here! It was actually ok living here I have been here for 2 years but now it sucks the apartment complex was sold apparently and I say apparently because we have had no contact with the office at all I have call 2x to put in a maintenance request and have got no answer and no response to leaving a voicemail and the dryers will take your money but never expect them to work properly because they won’t I have seen big roaches in our house but we pay monthly for the entire complex to be sprayed down including the apartments and that stopped immediately after the new owners took over but we are definitely still paying for it just save your time and skip this one on the list

We’ve been in the complex for almost two years. Angela is a great manager and great asset to the community. She’s prompt & communicative. Jimmy is also a great maintenance man. It’s a shame he is the only worker on sight but he’s really a hero and keeping our apartment amenities together at a timely manner. Between Angela & Jimmy, this place feels like home. Also love how safe the area is!

I think this is the highest review I can give this place, only because the apartment did its job with being a home, and because of Angela. Angela is an amazing Office/Housing manager, and made it less "scary" to come and ask for help; which I had to do a couple times. I took on a year long lease. I pushed to get this apartment because I knew someone who lived here and she claimed it was nice. It was also one of the cheaper options compared to other apartments in the city. The outside looks nice, but with the apartment being cheap and built in the 70's, there was some issues with the inside! Now to get one thing out of the way, we never looked at the apartments in person before buying. Mainly because I lived states away and couldn't take a weekend out to go look at apartments. SO, I trusted

Mrs. Brooks was a very professional and exceptional employee of the property. Her professionalism was kept through the entire process from beginning to end. My experience was a five star and she is a valuable asset for your company. Mrs. Brooks thank you so much for going above and beyond.
