Ascend at Red Rocks

This is the absolute worst place we have rented. One of their contractors that came to fix our heat in October (which also ran all summer long) to end up flooding our apartment. We have permanent furniture damage that they won’t acknowledge, they had to take some cabinets and drywall which exposed mold that has been there for god knows how long and when they replaced drywall the person who didn’t didn’t measure the outlet correctly and now I have and outlet that can’t be secured. The poor contractor had her foot on top of the leak which was hot water from the boiler room while calling the front office. The contractor was told by DESTINY! that no one was available from maintenance. I took it upon myself to run to the front office to notify them and DESTINY tells me personally that they are

Avoid this complex at all costs. I am trying to help you. This review does not cover everything but touches on the major events that happened during my time as a resident. When we moved in, the apartment was dirty — dead bugs and food in the kitchen, carpets still soaking wet from same-day “cleaning,” and water damage with mold already developing behind the bathroom vanity. Management brushed off our concerns and hired random contractors for a week of disruptive, low-quality work. That set the tone. I genuinely cannot believe this place has more than one star from anyone. Truly a nightmare in every sense. To start, we moved into an absolutely DISGUSTING unit that had clearly not been inspected. Mouse droppings in the cupboards, nails and tacks left in the walls and ceiling, thick layers of dirt on the windowsills, damaged or altogether missing screens, hair painted into the walls, cobwebs, roaches (both living and dead), mold spots painted over in the bathrooms, holes on the fridge and freezer doors from where there had once been PADLOCKS installed. Dominick is a part of maintenance. He came out three times to help with our pipes under our kitchen. He realized we needed a new garbage disposal. Instead of holding off until the new year, go5 us fixed up. Another reason this complex is second to none. Thank you Dominick!!! You mad our new 2026 begin perfect! Keep up the good work

This review is on Dominique at Ascend at Red Rocks Apartments. He is an awesome maintenance man. He get's the job done correctly the first time. I have had in my apartment working on a few maintenance orders and he always is polite and respectable.If you have been waiting for a long time to have the issue taking care of with your apt. He will follow up with you to make sure that maintenance order is taken care of. Overall, cool dude and works hard.
