Ascend 3650

I've lived at this complex for several years, and I'm definitely happy with my experience. The service here is always prompt and efficient—any time I've needed something, the response has been incredibly fast. The staff is not only knowledgeable in their explanations but also genuinely friendly, making it a pleasure to interact with them. Heather does an outstanding job of keeping everything running. She's attentive and is genuine in caring about residents. The maintenance team of Angel and the others, are hardworking and go above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They all consistently do their best to keep the community well-maintained and inclusive. The neighbors are nice, and the overall atmosphere makes it a place I’m glad to come home to every day. This place is great! Heather helped my family out with a transfer very fast and attentive I’m happy to call this place my home where my wife and baby feel safe and secured. The maintenance guys are really nice and willing to always fix what ever you need a quick as possible.

Management: One of the standout features of this apartment is the exceptional management team. They are always responsive, professional, and genuinely care about the well-being of the residents. Any issues are promptly addressed, and they go above and beyond to ensure that everyone feels at home. Maintenance are off the chain. They put in 1000% to solve whatever problem the aparments are having. I give 5 stars and about. Love these guys

Haven’t had a working oven in close to 3 months. They haven’t sent anyone to fix it and are taking their sweet time doing so. Haven’t had working electrical in half of the apartment the whole time living here (also won’t fix). You basically have to body slam the front door to get it open. Their maintenance guys don’t know how to fix anything so I’m not sure why they even have a job here.

We stopped by this past week for a tour & Heather was absolutely awesome! She was very knowledgeable & took her time to make sure all our questions were answered. We will definitely be back!
