Asbury Flats

I had an amazing tour!! The service was great the property was clean, the receptionist was very respectfully, knowledgeable, and informing. If these are the standards that Asbury flats hold I would love to live here one day.

The abolsute worst apartment complex I have EVER stayed at in my life! Please do not waste your time living here. The property is absolutely filthy, management sucks, they tow your car for NO reason as a PAYING resident, my car was STOLEN out the parking lot, multiple car break ins, my neighbors door was KICKED in, Always a new "fee" for convenience, dog poop everywhere. DO NOT MOVE HERE. I've been a resident here since 2022, old management was the best, I wouldn't recommend this place to a soul!

Asbury Flats has been a life saver for me and my daughter. Staff is AMAZING! Kiara was very helpful, thorough, and kind during her presentation when showing us the model unit. Any issues I came across Kiara and Jonathan came through in a jiffy and were pleasant.

Entire property absolutely REEKS OF DOG URINE. The entire complex is one huge pre pad. The front office is constantly emailing to complain about residents yet doesn’t care one bit about the NAUSEATING STINK OF DOG URINE that hits you in the face the moment you enter the property. ———- Lack of security is becoming a serious issue at this property. All we have at the entrance is a flimsy gate. At times this gate has been broken for weeks letting ANYONE to enter the property. Right now the gate has been torn into leaving a gaping hole in the fence. The doors to the apartments are all interior (not exterior) doors meaning they are light and easy to break. Another issue is the constant, nightly sounds of drag racing down Freedom. I have had good interactions with staff and like the style

So I’ve been looking around for apartments and trying to decide between living in Charlotte or a different area. I got an amazing job in a different area so I decided to move there. If I would have stayed in Charlotte, I would have chosen Asbury Flats for sure! Elfrida gave me a tour and really made me feel at home! She has AMAZING insight and is very knowledgeable of everything related to the apartment complex and the surrounding areas. She was able to answer all my questions. The apartments are nice and spacious.. the balconies are nice, and I LOVE that they have elevators!! That’s a huge bonus for bringing up groceries!
