This new mgmt company is complete trash !!! NO PLAY AREA FOR THE KIDS /NO ACTIVITIES , all you smell is WEED ALL DAY IN THESE APTS , kids playing in front of residents door ways ….. trashy breezeways …then to add insult to injury it’s now water trash cable with your rent ! Thank god I MOVED OUT ! I wouldn’t encourage NO ONE TO MOVE HERE ! How bout bulldoze these muddersuckers down !

Samantha is a Rock Star! She was very professional! She allowed me to take a tour of an apartment even on short notice! She was very thorough in explaining the fees and benefits of living in the community!

This is the second time I have attempted to apply for the apartment. In 2022 the Woman working in the office assured that I can move in within two weeks. She followed back up a week lasted stating that there were plumbing issues and the apartment would not be available for 4 to 5 months. She stated that she has not yet to process my application and I could come pick up my application fee and administrative fee. Once I arrived she stated that she had already sent it out to corporate and I would have to wait for my funding to come back. I never received the funding. A year later Found out that it was under new management so I assisted my sister with the Application. Unfortunately application was denied not an issue, The issue is have been waiting for the administrative fee to come back since

Overall the community is very nice with friendly neighbors, and the actual apartments are nice and clean. Allison, the property Manager here is absolutely the main piece that keeps the community solid with adhering to us tenants when needed, she also goes the extra mile with grace and hospitality, she has a perfect balance of great personal character and great business orienteering values. I am grateful I found Summerfield to be my cute and cozy home.

Samantha was an absolute joy to work with! Very professional, accommodating, and had a wonderful personality!
