The administration is so bad , a lot of the workers are racist. There is a problem with racism here. Administration promises to fix things but they never do , When we moved in we got a 3 bedroom apartment, the doors for the closets are missing, it's been over a year and they haven’t fixed it, Parking is also horrible the mangers call the towing truck even if your in your parking spot, they do it because they like to assume that the car is not drivable. Half of the utilities that it comes with such as the kitchen stove are in very poor condition, we reported it and they try to fix it but it clearly doesn’t work, if you ask for a new one they WILL say no. The tubs are painted , the paint WILL start peeling, they don’t re-paint it. There is no security in these apartments. . There is also ro
If I could Share zero star I would, Now there is new managers in the office and I hope they can fix this place, because as of now this place needs to be Condemned and I mean that with all my heart and soul. This has been one of the worst places I have ever lived and I have lived in some really bad Areas in vegas. This was a bad year 😕 1st I want to say, that no matter how clean you are or how much you spray and put traps out for the Roaches it won't help, it is so bad, that I cry bc they won't go away, there in the walls, in the outlets, they come through the windows it's HORRIBLE. Now that I'm moving out it has been such a pain in the butt to pack and not have them move with us. The Appliances are old and hardly work, most the outlets in my place don't work at all, the stove is trash, I a
I am current resident & I strongly do not recommend for anyone to move here. Financially I am stuck here until I can afford a better place. The cockroach infestation has been horrible since day 1 of moving here. My whole apartment has horrible caulking where the roaches seem to come in & out as they please no matter how many time I clean & spray poison. The laundry space is always extremely dirty & half of the units do not fully work. Anytime maintenance comes out it’s a quick fix where it’ll break down eventually or it was not fixed properly in the first place. I strongly recommend for anyone to spend the $200 or $300 dollars more for a better housing.
UPDATED POST I've been living in this complex sinse Aug. 2019.There has always been "In and out" traffic, but the long term community speaks Spanish and has always been friendly, conscience, and mindful of their children. For the first two years we had a great staff. The property manager and assistant were truely carring and attentive to our problems and our maintenace men were quick and professional with any and all repairs. Unfortunately that has drastically changed within the past year.During "Covid" our limited-security was understandably lost, but management was still available in the office to help with problems during certain hours of each day NOT ANYMORE!! Right after I signed my new lease they reassigned/advanced our deserving manager and assistant manage
Please becareful if you are considering Arville Park Apartments as your next home. I rented for a year. In the end I had a miscellaneous charge added for "cleaning". I left the apartment in immaculate condition upon move out. I disputed the charge with their corporate office and all my requests were ignored. I had to call every two weeks to get the same answer "we are working on it". It then got sent to collections but it never got resolved at the corporate level? They ignored it and waited to send it to collections. I contacted Erica the property manager who promised she would look into it and would call me back. As of today's date 9/18/2020, its been 2 months and not a call or email from her. In the end, I took care of the balance and moved on. I felt it was necessary to leave this revie
