I am asking if anyone knows who I could call to get help paying for a hotel I'm in a room with my 2 young children and I'm struggling so please anyone
They treat people who live in the facility very poorly. They will not open common areas for the residents with proper limitations in place. They isolate residents without cause. They do not respond to resident request and require residents with COPD on oxygen to wear a mask when they are inside their own apartment. The office staff is very unprofessional. I asked them to stop sending FAX requests to my cell phone and the office person could not hear me due to the fact I was on her speaker phone. I spelled out my name and she felt I was rude. Really, I just don't want another Fax as I sent the requested documents back via email.
I really like living here at Arundel Woods Catholic Charities Senior Housing. I get treated with kindness and respect. Staff and the people are friendly. Thank you Catholic Charities
