Arundel Apartments

Beginning to live here in a one bedroom apartment as a young adult (this being one of my first apartments); to now living here in a two bedroom with my puppy and now infant has been a safe, pleasant, and community-like experience! Living here for the past 3-4 years has been the best I could ever wish for! The maintenance here is very responsive and management handles matters; as long as communicated; with the utmost empathy towards its tenants and families. The space remains clean indoors and out, and neighbors are friendly and mindful. Not a better place to start or end! Thank you Arundel!

I currently live in a Arundel with my toddler and fiancée and we’ve been here for 4 years now. We have a two bedroom and although we’ll eventually out grow this place, we like layout, and space it comes with. It’s quiet and almost always feel safe. Some things could use updates cosmetic wise, but if there is ever a maintenance issue it always gets taken care of! Kind property management & we love utilizing the pool & gym!

Living at Arundel apartments has been a great experience! This is my second time living at Arundel apartments as I had moved back to Delaware. I didn't need to look at any other apartments when I moved back since my first experience was great. It's quiet and very relaxing. Everyone is nice, the employees and residents I'm so happy living here and just renewed my lease.

Great location, has everything you need - pool, workout room, dog park, etc... the apartment is close to major shops and stores, but yet it is in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The office workers are always there for you, ready to help. The maintenance personnel if you need them are very prompt and responsive. Arundel keeps the landscape looking great all year round, I've been here over four years, and it has been a blessing in my life

My wife & I have lived with our almost two year old daughter at arundel apartments for going on three years now. Normally pretty quiet, we have had issues in the past year or two with our Heat & AC going out but the guys are pretty good with getting out there at a prompt time. Neighbors stick to themselves for the most part, have made a friend as well. Usually pretty quiet complex to live in. We just renewed for the 3rd year now.
