Unfortunately, my experience poor. I rented heavy equipment that turned out to be non-functional, even though I was assured it was working. When I got home, I discovered it didn’t work. I appreciate that they quickly provided a replacement and even showed me in-store that it was working when they plugged it in. However, the second one had an electrical issue—it kept tripping my breakers and proved faulty. They said they can not refund the money. After wasting my time and effort, I ended up renting from a different store, and it worked perfectly. After struggling with two heavy, non-functional machines (and no help offered to load or unload them), I hope they improve their maintenance process and customer service to prevent this from happening to others
