I lived here from December 2022 to June 2025 and had a worse than typical experience for a corporate-managed apartment building. Do your due diligence please. Notice how all the reviews mention the leasing agent’s name? When one works for the management company and their performance is judged on things such as online reviews, they will have you write a favorable review in order to be promised your deposit back. Especially if the leasing agent is a resident of the building and that affects their own personal rent (hint hint). Take a look at how a lot of the reviews mention that they don’t live here anymore. I’ve been living here for almost 4 years and have seen many, many management teams and for most part have been happy with management until this new team arrived. Since new management arrived fall/summer 2025: 1. Food deliveries have been mishandled and thrown away with management not responding to my emails. 2. They sent several emails per week complaining about residents and asking us to fill more and more paperwork that they should already have while threatening us with FEES. They apparently do not have records of our: electricity, parking passes, cars, home insurance, pets, etc. They have nothing and are blaming residents for their poor bookkeeping. 3. I am a new resident and thus far leasing, the front desk, and maintenance have all been exceptional. Tatiana from the leasing office went above and beyond to make my move-in a smooth process. The front desk is always friendly and helpful and maintenance was very quick to fix the small issue I had. I would definitely recommend anyone searching for apartments in this area to check out the building.

Since the day we moved in, Ronda has been nothing short of amazing. She helped make our move from Miami to DC seamless and has continued to take great care of us as young professionals new to the area. Her kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail have made a huge difference. When we learned she had been promoted to manager, it was clear that upper management recognized what we already knew—she’s a standout.
