Would give zero stars if I could. I moved out July 2024 and it is now Jan 2025 and i still have not received my deposit. I’ve called multiple times and left a message every time and have been told a different excuse every time so here’s my honest review with documentation!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!! Please see pictures attached to back up my claims. There was always people breaking into the building and breaking into the mailboxes. In the winter time and when it rains there’s homeless people sleeping in the hallways, the garage and the gym. The office was told and nothing was done because the “cameras are controlled by another company” so there’s nothing they can do. Sonya is very rude and has a disgusting attitude. She will mistreat you after your apartment floods and you are displaced, as if it’s your fault.

Kenneth has been an amazing help through the entire process. He kept me updated with moving changes and made sure that I had everything handled and/or in the works for my move. I would definitely recommend the property especially because of his helpful service.

I do not recommend. Currently locked out of the parking garage after being told my key fab was reset. Was locked in this morning and staff told me, “ well you shouldn’t park in there if you’re claustrophobic” … instead of ok we will fix the issue. I have a small child and would feel safer parking in the garage but fixing things isn’t quite on their priority list. Was similar over the summer when the air went out. They kept telling me the air was working as me and my child were sweating and miserable and once I started to get upset they miraculously got us a temporary unit. Honestly don’t recommend if you want amenities or operable anything. Staff always has an excuse and alternatives to everything other than just fixing the issues. Cannot wait to move. Horrible experience living here.

I love the location of the apartment and tbh, I'll probably resign my lease simply because I hate moving. The management here is pretty bad. The amenities here are very minimal. The maintenance is barely there. But it's hard to beat the price for the area.
