I had an excellent experience recently, buying a commercial property with Artisan Title. The team was extremely proactive in getting all the proper documents to me, and explaining any question I had in a timely manner. My real estate agent and lender (First Citizens Bank) were always kept in the loop during the process by the Artisan team. Artisan Title went above and beyond and were able to move my closing date sooner because I was going to be out of town. Everyone was kind courteous and professional throughout the entire process.
