Artisan Home Inspection

Dan is excellent to work with. I used him several years ago when I bought my first home and his review of the home was honest and thorough. It helped us get repairs made going in that have resulted in minimal needs for repairs in the following years. Most recently his report ended up paying for itself as his photo of the serial number on the then new AC unit helped us get a part replaced under warranty! As we’ve entered the home buying process again we didn’t hesitate to make him our first call when it came time for our inspection period!

Dan was wonderful to work with! We got our home inspection completed by him 3 years ago and just recently pulled out the report he created to look for some information we were needing. He did a very thorough job, and we are so grateful for our decision to work with him!
