Arthur Thomas Properties over delivered and exceeded our expectations in every aspect of our recent real estate transaction of a more than 50-year old property. Specifically, no problem was too large or too small for their professional addressing of the situation and resolving the issue in a timely manner. We sold our parents’ home for far more than our parents ever expected. Would highly recommend Tom Toye and his outstanding team.

Recently rented. Love my apartment so far. I would recommend looking at how clean the place is before renting. The cleaning service they hire does not do the most detailed job. They did prorate my rent for the inconvenience. The lady who I had to complain to about the cleanliness of the apartment was not very nice about the matter but overall I enjoy my space. Its a very nice neighborhood. So far all the neighbors Ive conversed with are helpful and welcoming. The maintenance guy is very kind.

I worked with Kim for a while to figure out my parking spot and she was amazing. So unbelievably patient with me and my father’s questions. She was also so kind and lovely. This is a great property management and company; such wonderful and helpful people; especially Kim!

I feel lucky to have Arthur Thomas Prop. as my landlord. They act professional and caring. They care about myself and my daughter and granddaughter who reside with me. I recommend them highly! They hired a wonderful maintenance man named Dennis years ago. He is a gem. He gets back to maintenance requests immediately, with kindness. He is fast., yet thorough, as well as professional! Do yourself a favor and rent or buy from them. You won’t be sorry! 😊

I experienced behavior that raised serious concerns about honesty and professionalism. Rather than resolving problems, they deflect responsibility and place fault on others. The tone was consistently rude and dismissive, and their practices felt misleading at best and fraudulent at worst. I would strongly caution others before having anything to do with them!
