Arthur D. Sartini Annex

Part 1: Considering other places Sartini is not bad. It has its challenges like other Section 8 places. But, I have to say lately there have been many improvements.

I was there hanging out with my friend. She lives with her Grandparents there. I don't know specifically what kind of housing it is but just by the looks of it, it looked like a senior living complex. Anyways, my friend was doing laundry and I joined her in the laundry room. There's 2 other people in the laundry room also at the same time. Keep that in mind. My friend leaves to go to the house to get something. I stay because I'm charging my phone. I guess whatever she went to do, was taking a lot longer than it should have. People are walking in and out the laundry room and I'm minding my own business. Maybe 20 mins later, some guy starts yelling before he even gets into the laundry room, "who's in here!!" And he's followed by a couple of people and he starts interrogating me while yellin

Clean place,bus trips to stores and other senior activities , rent is according to your yearly income...

Terrible accommodations. Awful place to live. No adequate maintenance . Bad office employees. It should be burned down

A former roommate now lives there and it seems very nice for him.
