Arroyo Vista Apartments

I’ve seen the low ratings on Google and wondered how, but now I see. Management is quick to contact you if you owe money, but scarce in response if you need something. Our front gate has been broken for far too long which poses a security issue. And, they’ve ignored my maintenance request and when asked if I can call a professional, still no response.

Melvin met me there and showed me the apt. He also walked us around the grounds letting us see how many laundry rooms and amenities. The apartment was nice, it had a good layout and linen cabinets which were close to the bathroom. MELVIN IS VERY PROFESSIONAL and knowledgeable. He was able to answer all my questions. A bonus to the apartment was a private patio which was a nice surprise.

Hi it's not that's bad ! but we ask for extra parking been waiting list for months and there are several spot available my car got stolen with street parking,and dog area is pretty filthy needs to be cleaned badly with hot water bleach 😞 it takes for ever to get things fixed.

Isabel is AMAZING and has consistently been extremely helpful and reliable from the first viewing to when I got my keys.

Work still not completed. Guy said he would come back next day but never did...as usual. Bathroom ceiling would've already been done 2+ months ago had I hired someone myself. Ceiling still needs to be painted.
