Four years ago, I experienced the loss of my husband and made the decision to downsize. While I did not wish to sell my home, I opted to rent it out. In my choice of arroyo deco. I was drawn to its proximity to the only area I have known for the past decade. It is astonishing how fortunate I am to have made this decision. I am deeply in love with my new home. It is remarkable that I have taken so long to relocate here. This community is truly exceptional. Residents look out for one another, and I find great joy in my daily life. . . **Update on My Stay** Despite the parking challenges, I am still impressed by the management and maintenance efforts at this community. Music was always blasted by neighbors thinking the small entry way was there front yard. No disregard for others one lady next door would blast her bass music in vehicle every day and people were always scared to approach her. 1700 apt area.The area is always riddled w gunfire everyday. Staff blames you for everything wrong in apt as if you were the first ever renter. Tried to overcharged and price gouged on move out but i took pics of everything. Then the walls are so thin u hear constant door slamming cabinet doors, pissed of people coming home. Its a terrible place if u like gunfire,yelling across parking lots, overfilled dumpsters w outside roaches scorpions, police called out weekly, loud music, noisy maintenance, only one way out of place, congested traffic, broken in mailboxes, 4 f

Arroyo Seco Villas has been my home for several months and they have been wonderful. The management team, maintenance staff as well as the other residents are friendly, eager to help and quick to please. I highly recommend.

Very happy living here. I feel it has a safe environment. Beautiful apartments that are 1 story so no one above you stomping around:). The maintenance staff is awesome and responds in a timely manner and go above and beyond. I do wish there were ceiling fans in the gym, it gets pretty warm in there. I've read people complain about the shooting range. I cannot hear it at all in my apartment and only when I'm outside can I hear it a little. I'm sensitive to sounds and this has not been an issue at all. The only negative I have is my neighbors have smoked in their apartment. It's much less bothersome now as I read you can spray a mixture of vinegar and water in the air and the smoke smell is completely gone.
