When we lived there the apartments were inexpensive. We had a mold issue and they just cut out that part of the wall and put something over it. The bathroom was extremely outdated. You could not get the kitchen cabinets cleaned no matter how hard you tried. They do have washer dryer hookups and a dishwasher, which was a huge plus. We had a unit that had newer carpets, but the flooring in the kitchen and bathroom could have been updated as well. We moved because the owners took back over everything and no longer wanted to rent to people with kids. The couple that owns it, the guy walked in my apartment one day, no notice and didn't knock, which was irritating. There are rules that owners/managers need to follow and they didn't seem to care.
