The Dels - West End Social

I was extremely impressed with how quickly and smoothly the application process was when I applied here. The price is very affordable and fair especially when considering that not only are all the utilities and rent included but Wifi and Internet is also included as well! The entire Dels staff has been amazing and super helpful anytime I've had questions and answered them right away with zero delay. The property itself all around has a great atmosphere. A lot of people always worry when it comes to apartment living mainly because of noise,whether it be from people below you or above you or beside you or around you in general. And I will admit I kind of worried about that when I first moved in here only because I'm not used to living in an apartment, however I have been here since August

I have lived here since July of 2023. I have brought my pet dog with me and when I was foreclosed on my parents home after Covid I could not find a pet friendly reasonably priced place to rent but I found it here at the dels! My neighbors have been great the lady’s at the main office and maintenance crew have been great. I have always had my needs accommodated since I have been here in regards to my living conditions and security. I highly recommend the dels and the resident appreciation bbq along with the thanksgiving dinners and the resident codes at papa John’s for discounts!!! Thank You Dels for understanding your residents needs!!!

Great affordable living and nice property! The staff is very helpful when you have questions or concerns and have always been really understanding. Even the application process is quick and easy. We got a response and everything set up within a week or two. Maintenance is really good and the dels are continuing to build a great team for their residents and communities.

What a great place to live In Mountain Home Arkansas. The West End Social is in a great location so you are around everything. I have been here for years and I love it. The bathroom lights and faucets are my favorite they have done a very good job to make it look really nice. Excellent staff, if you have a problem they get right on it. I strongly recommend picking west end by The Dels.

Been here a year! Close to my job and met some really nice people now that are my friends. Love how easy it is to pay rent and apartments are nice and cosy. Huge relief is I can do laundry anytime as well since I work nights. Looking for an apartment with basically everything included? Come rent from here seriously it’s worth it 💯 love the Dells!
