Arrow Senior Living communities stand out for their positive culture and engaged team members. The staff consistently demonstrate kindness, professionalism, and a strong commitment to resident experience. The environment feels vibrant and thoughtfully managed, and it’s always a pleasure spending time within the community.

Since taking over Pinnacle Groves in Rogers Arkansas, things have rapidly gone downhill. Prices have gone up (hidden in new "point totals"), staff has been cut and the staff who is there has low morale. The building has been through corporate buy outs before but Arrow is by far the worst. And nobody can get a straight answer from the Arrow folks. Just poor all the way around.

Since Arrow purchased the Plaza Assisted Living facility in Wildwood it has destroyed the quality of life for its residents that they once had. It was previously a beautiful, clean facility with experienced, professional, friendly employees, great food, and fun social activities. The “Lean and Mean” approach Arrow brags about is obviously all about making investors money and cutting back on the quality of staff and services for the residents. Virtually all the great staff they had have left and been replaced with incompetent young inexperienced employees. The food is almost inedible and very poor quality, certainly not healthy, People are always upset because they are not getting taken care of, and the place is filthy. I felt compelled to escalate my concerns to three managers regarding the numerous issues I encountered shortly after starting my employment at The Plaza Senior Living at Wildwood, particularly regarding discriminatory practices by my trainers and neglect to residents. Rather than conducting a thorough investigation or seeking my perspective, a Regional manager unexpectedly terminated my employment within just 22 days in front of the person I reported. I have documented evidence and witnesses to support my claims.
