apartments are literally straight trash! i wish it was a option to give 0 stars. The pricing of the apartments is cheap for a reason. We have been through 3 different property managers. Water is off CONSTANTLY! on a weekly basis if you enjoy your water being off for hours or even maybe days at a time definitely move here you’ll love it! if you enjoy having roaches move here you’ll love it! if you enjoy geese walking around the complex living their poop everywhere move here you’ll love it! it’s multiple reviews on here about the apartments having a water issue don’t be like me & not pay attention & sign a 12 month lease and now you’re screwed for a whole year living in misery!!!!!!!!!!!

Giving this initial experience 4stars! Huge Thanks to KHAYMAN in the leasing office. He was extremely honest, through, easy to work with and patient ( I did request to see like 5 units in the rain lol. He ensured this experience was swift, seamless, and we were able to select a unit we really liked. He definitely brings the southern hospitality to this property and so far we are extremely pleased.would definitely recommend if you choose to live here please lease with khayman!!

Donte, the Maintenance Supervisor. He always does such a great job around the property and truly goes above and beyond. Any time there has been an issue in my apartment, he makes sure it’s taken care of right away and done correctly. You can tell he really takes pride in his work and cares about making sure his residents needs are met and keeping the property in great condition. He’s professional, reliable, and always willing to help with a great attitude. Donte is honestly the best maintenance supervisor — he deserves all the recognition for how hard he works and how much he does for this community!

Recently moved into my apartment and I had a smooth move in thanks to Khayman! I was able to get the process done in one day. Also, I want to thank Pamela for assisting with everything as well. They were great!
