Thank you to the Team for helping find my new home. Loving all the amenities and attention to detail. I dont care what others are saying, as far as Im concerned, they must have not been complying with their housekeeping! Oh and let's not forget, you live in a community where you will hear noise! Ha! That's apartment living! I never have any trouble parking. Sounds like lazy walkers that want front door service.

It is unethical and completely unacceptable that everyone running this place is okay allowing people to live in filth that the Arrive office has caused. You guys have allowed units to be filled with WAY to many people out of desperation to fill apartments, and completely ruined this establishment yourself. Prospective tenants researching Arrive Paso Robles should be aware of several ongoing issues including thin walls, noise from upstairs units, hot water delays, parking shortages, cigarette and marijuana smoke, and lack of management response. I’m writing this review to give a transparent look at what living here can actually be like so you are not relying solely on the RentCafe reviews that are approved/incentivized by the property. It is honestly surprising that the leasing office continues giving tours when there are ongoing issues with current tenants that remain unresolved. Updated review after moving out. 04/24/25 If you plan on moving in, I suggest a dash cam because if the 10 kids that live in 1 apartment don’t mess up your car by door dinging it. Or by kicking a soccer ball at it (yes, they do this too). By throwing rocks at your car. Or by leaving empty beer bottles on top of your car. And now shopping carts that people leave scattered. It has become such a problem they put a bike lock on the gate that leads to the food 4 less. What will is the drunk drivers that have crashed into parked cars in the middle of the night. And this place has no cameras around. If you are from a decent household prior to moving to this area, you will not like this place at all - If you are used to SECTION 8 housing/situations, this is the PERFECT place for you to move in. I keep my place very clean, I would say I am a very very very clean person with an OCD. There are never dishes laying around in my sink(s) or tables and I never leave foods outside. I also clean my house at least once a week - trust me, it is spotless. Last night a bug fell onto my face while I was sleeping out of nowhere. There are 2.5 people potentially only 2 people working to manage these entire apartments (5-6 buildings). You could actually go and talk to them in person regarding your issues, but either they do not how to handle it, or they just say what you want to hear and then not do a
