Arrive Oak Brook Heights

This is my first time leaving a Google review, and unfortunately it is a negative one. I have lived at this property for two years. This morning, my rental car was towed. I was using a rental vehicle because I was recently involved in an accident. My parking permit is a windshield sticker that remained in my personal car while it was being repaired, and I was unable to replace it in time. Despite explaining this situation, the apartment management was not understanding or accommodating. The tow truck is frequently parked on the property, and many residents have raised ongoing concerns about how often vehicles are towed, which creates unnecessary stress for those living here. I love my place, gorgeous kitchen, great stainless steel appliances. Everything was pretty smooth, since my application. Mandy was helpful and answered all my questions. Maintenance guys would fix whatever I needed. It was fast and prompt which I like. Pool and gym are big plus and washer/dryer in unit as well.

Just had an amazing tour of a 2 bedroom unit with Mandy. She was very welcoming from the moment we stepped into the leasing office and was eager to answer all of our questions throughout the tour. Thank you, Mandy, for such a great experience!

My wife and I stopped by today to take a tour of one of the townhomes that was available. We were greeted by Mandy in the leasing office, who was very welcoming and friendly.
