Lived there for a year and had to move . Base rent was around 1550 total rent ended up being more than 1800 . The area is nice but that’s about it . $300 in utilities , I found a dead rat and let the office know by the time they got to it was skeletonized, the office ladies always had attitude and when we moved in we filled out a move in checklist and took extensive note of a lot of damages like deeply scratched floors, warped floors , dog poop stained carpet and more just for them to say they lost the check list and then proceeded to charge us money to replace a layer of carpeting so TAKE PICTURES AND SAVE BACK UPS! They said they didn’t have record of when the carpets were last changed but still charged us for “pet damage” When we moved in they told us it was fresh carpet by the way . Wh

I used to have family that lived here several years ago . I dropped by recently and toured and was pleasantly surprised at all the changes . I loved the gym especially, great equipment

Lived here about a year and a half, apartment campus is always very quiet and you feel a nice sense of privacy as residents are kind but everyone minds their own business lol. Large forest next door offers great trail walks with awesome wildlife. Huge shoutout to Calvin from maintenance! Dude always come through in a timely fashion whenever a ticket is submitted

We’ve been so happy since moving into this community — the management and residents have all been so kind and welcoming, and it truly feels like home. The maintenance team, especially Calvin, has been amazing with quick service and always going above and beyond. And a special thank you to Matt from management for making the touring and move-in experience such a breeze (which isn’t always the case!).

I have been here short of 2 years . My stay has been great thus far . The office managers Julia, and Mia are warm and welcoming . Calvin has been wonderfully accommodating when it comes to any maintenance concerns
