I been a resident at Arrive at Fort Lee for the past 7 years with different management teams. There are many reasons why I love where I live, it’s about the management team 1st, I am very pleased to say the least, the current management team is so delightful. Thank you Ms. Terrika for your patience, pleasant & calm tenant relations. I love the way you explain & understand & resolve to excellent resident/customer satisfaction. Absolutely ridiculous experience. I had a tour scheduled not once, but TWICE, and both times nobody bothered to show up or even let me know they weren’t going to be there. No call, no text, no email — nothing. I even tried calling and never got a call back. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful of people’s time. I drove 50 minutes out of my way for this, rearranged my schedule, and was left standing there like an idiot. If this is how they treat potential clients, I can’t imagine how they treat actual residents. I will never step foot here again. Save yourself the time and gas and go somewhere that actually values people.

Since moving here in 2023, I’ve got to say, the management team has really turned things around for me and my wife at The Arrive. We were actually on the fence about renewing our lease, but that’s totally changed lately. Terrika, Theresa, and TJ (the "Three T's," haha) have been nothing but warm and welcoming from day one. They truly go above and beyond to ensure our maintenance requests are addressed promptly, and it’s clear they genuinely care about making this place feel like home. It’s not just about the business side of things with them. They’ve shown me what really matters: respect, consideration, and dedication. TJ has been outstanding—kind, professional, and friendly. He made us feel very welcome and provided excellent customer service. Terrika, the property manager, was also highly professional and helped us resolve our moving process quickly and efficiently. We truly appreciate their exceptional support and dedication.

RUN, do not walk AWAY from this dumpster fire of an excuse for an apartment complex. Management is ill-equipped to handle much of anything, let alone maintenance calls. You are left on hold & calls are dropped -- that's IF they even answer your call at all. These units are OLD & always Have Multiple Problems. Stained hallway carpets that are never cleaned, chipped walls, gated community with gates that are always broken. The Apartments Are Much Worse. Move in day my bathroom smelled of urine & the toilet had feces in it. "This place is held together by spit and bandaids" an office worker told me. Far From Luxury, it is an insult to tenants. I would have given Zero stars, but was required in order to post this review.
