Amilcha was absolutely amazing! Her customer service was top tier from start to finish. She really took the time to understand my wants and needs and made the whole process smooth and stress free. Her attention to detail and positive attitude truly put the cherry on top. I highly recommend working with her and finding your dream apartment!

Do not order mail to be delivered here in the morning and afternoon. This apartment has no way to let delivery drivers in for food, packages, etc., during these hours. This is the only apartment I’ve been in that doesn’t have 24 hr mailroom. In the last 6 months I’ve had over 13 lost packages here. This apartment also doesn’t have a map of the complex so delivery drivers will not find your apartment to drop off your package. I have no clue why this so called luxury apartment complex can’t put up a large sign with a building number map right by the swimming pool gate, or by the leasing office, or by the mailboxes, etc. Whoever runs this apartment complex needs to be fired for being this inept. I cannot wait for my lease to end so I can move out of this apartment complex. I do not recommend

Amazing community and people are friendly. Maintenance response is good typically within 1-4 days. Special thanks to the Property manager Kiarah Ward to make us comfortable during any problems we faced. People like her are really needed for looking after this big community.👏 Always encourage everyone to visit the place and feel free to talk to her. 🎉🎉

My patience is gone after living here for two years. Two main issues: When I first moved in, the mail room was 24 hours. About two months after, it was only open during leasing office hours. I was only able to get my mail on weekends since it was convenient for me. Second, the gate stopped working about three months ago. Ever since, you see a ton of people walking to the front to get their food since the drivers can't get in. Also, my late night Amazon deliveries are delayed day by day, since they cannot get in either.

I toured Michelle was alone in the office even with a full lobby she was extremely nice and knowledgeable. The property doesn’t have 3 bedrooms so is not for me at the moment but if I ever need to downside I will definitely come back. Loved it here.
