Arrive Brentwood I & II

We’ve lived at Arrive II Townhomes for 18 months. We love our floor plan and the quality materials used. Eric has the perfect personality for dealing with all the demands that come with running the physical plant and keeping good relations with tenants. James is excellent at responding to maintenance requests. He’s very knowledgeable, prompt and friendly. The neighborhood is extremely walkable and well positioned for access to highways, night life and stores. We’re happy at Arrive!

I have lived at this community for almost four years, and there are definitely things I’ve appreciated. The location is fantastic and very convenient, and the amenities are a strong selling point. I also want to specifically recognize James in maintenance — he has consistently been professional, kind, and helpful whenever I’ve interacted with him. That said, over time I’ve felt increasingly disappointed. Costs continue to rise each year, yet many of the ongoing resident concerns do not seem to be meaningfully addressed. Maintenance requests can take a long time to resolve after work orders are placed, and valet trash service has been inconsistent. Another major issue is the noise. The property is beautiful inside and out. Dominique did an amazing job with our tour and was able to answer all questions we had. She was very knowledgeable. We really enjoyed the common area in the lobby. The amenities are great! Feels like home!

James is the absolute best building manager! He literally is always quick to respond to everything is always helping and active around this building his incredible work ethic and positive attitude and calm demeanor during high stress times so so unmatched! He’s the best!
