I've done many tours in the Navy Yard, and Jennifer was amazing!! The most helpful and kind. Also, as a couple moving from out of state, we love their peace-of-mind guarantee and the change-of-plans guarantee, which allows us to break our lease if we lose our job or a family member gets ill! Kudos to the Maintenance Staff at the Arris! I recently moved into the Arris. Greg and Bob, the maintenance team have been the epitome of excellence. They have responded to my maintenance concerns efficiently, professionally with knowledge and expertise. In addition they are friendly and just the nicest guys! They love their jobs and it shows! I would like to add to my review and give Kudos to the Leasing Staff, Andre who was my leasing professional, aided by Jennifer. They made the application and move in process easy and seamless. They were full of information about this community and this neighborhood. They too love their jobs and it shows! The concierge staff has also been amazing, especially Tamar and Miss Gwen, who I’ve interacted with the most!

Living at the Arris is a dream come true! It’s almost impossible to find an upscale bldg w a caring management team, especially in DC! The bldg itself is beautiful & the location is perfect! Everyone that works in the building is amazing! Everyone in the leasing office, the maintenance staff & the concierge team are lovely! They all go above & beyond to make you feel comfortable & address your needs. They are kind, knowledgeable, hardworking & honestly care about the residents & each other. It’s a pleasure to be apart of this community. I can’t recommend the Arris enough!!!
