The worst apartment you can get do not rent from here. They’re infested with rat roaches and spiders and I always have trouble with my hot water and I can never get anything fixed. The lady doesn’t even understand English much so she never put maintenance request in even if she understand she still do not put maintenance request weeks can go by you gotta keep telling her!!!!!!!

Manager is very low I Q and cannot talk or give the accurate information needed on any level. Why have these people in office as they are non compliant in responding to business related rentals. There is got to be better hospitality even at this location. Not acceptable

I moved into my apartment September 2024 , thanks to Briza , she is very sweet and get the job done ! She moves fast on any problems or issues I’ve had with my appliances or apartment . The maintenance guys are amazing too , they are very quick and knowledgeable

I mean it's easy to say just move out but when it's your first apartment and your trying to establish credit and not have broken leases and what not so I will tell you this run do not sign anything this place is so infested with roaches I have to sleep with lights on even so that does not contain.It is so disgusting stray cats with fleas and people smoking inside the units. I know a lot of people have no other means as far as theundocumented people so they don't really have a choice .I feel living like this it makes me sick the level of lazy incompetent maintenance man that told me ooh you don't need smoke detectors bull I work as a intern with lawyers from corpus Christi you do it's Texas law period. The lady in office is okay no issues they can't help where they work . I can say parking

Briza was were nice and was able to get me into an apartment very quickly. The apartments are very clean on the inside and she addressed any questions I had in a timely manner.
