DONT DO IT!! There are hundreds of other places to live. This place is trash. All of it! From the front office and your amazon packages. They kept saying it wasn't there. Then when I finally received it, they had opened it. The pool is always dirty and scary. I wouldn't bath my dog in there. People dont clean up after thier dogs. The grass isn't a part of the property you want your kids playing. Playground has strange looking people around there. The neighbors including the people hanging around the dumpster doing drugs are awful. I haven't met any kind friendly people. The parking lot is a nightmare. I guarantee you 100% you will get excessive door dings because parking spots are so close together. Then you have the dummy neighbor that can't park and has a beat up car that truly doesn't

The whole experience from beginning to end was amazing. My realtor was Margie. She was very nice. She helped me out so well by the time I got my keys I was assisted by someone else. I cannot recall his name but he was amazing. 10 out of 10 highly recommend he provided me with some areas that I can shop and get me some few pointers. Thank you all for everything. Super excited to see what the next year brings.

I really wanted to Love this place. Yet for the price point (base rent plus amenity fees, share utility calculations,) there's really too much to overlook. 2br2bth went from $1489 base to $1670+ with fees added (share utility w/s/t/gas), hoa fee, rent tax, pest fee, then you pay SRP for electric. Front office staff are all amazing everyone's professional, maintenance team is okay, sometimes you can get your request honored very quickly or it could take a while. My washer wasn't functional for two weeks upon move in Application process was easy and quick response time. Yet the apartment that I had had a lot of structural issues, such as holes at the baseboards in the bathroom master bedroom closet, uneven insulation throughout the apartment, So any closet or bedroom sitting on the outsid
