*RENTER BEWARE-* I've never written a review for a complex I've lived in until now but I had to make sure people know what they're getting into. I lived alone in a one-bedroom unit for less than a year, yet I was charged for a full carpet replacement and minor paint scratches in a corner of which were not at all mentioned during initial inspection but miraculously appeared once I'd moved across state. This is especially crazy considering I was single occupant, on a short least and with no pets. Oh and I had mentioned the poorly installed carpet which was supposed to be noted PRIOR to my move in. We have been living at Arpeggio apartments for one month and overall have had a very pleasant and smooth experience. Cassidy, our leasing agent, was knowledgeable, professional, and easy to communicate with from our first tour through move in. She answered all our questions promptly and made the leasing process quick and straightforward. Moving in was easy thanks to the loading dock, and any maintenance issues we’ve had were resolved quickly and professionally. The building is quiet and welcoming. The parking situation is easy, with plenty of available parking. One downside is the required monthly charge for Fetch package delivery ($20 / mo). I have been a resident at Arpeggio Apartment Homes for a year and a half. I had the pleasure of attending another one of the amazing activities for the residents. The Paint and Sip was amazing and well planned. It was the perfect event for a week day. This was just one of the many events sponsored by Arpeggio. Looking forward to the next event.
