Maintenance man Justin Kelly did an amazing job putting in new bathroom ceiling. He also painted my whole bathroom as well. Very pleased with his work. Both Justin and Alex were very professional and sufficient. Anytime I have an issue it always gets resolved.

The job was good and perfect. I'm not experiencing any more issues with the leaking. I'm content with your services and I would recommend it to anyone.

I just moved in to my apartment and the same day I moved in there was maggots in the refrigerator. I was told that a fly flew in there and laid eggs, these maggots were mature and there were many. (see attached) I then tried taking a shower and there is black mold in the tiles of my tub/shower and it does not drain. If you think it cant get worse than that less than 24 hrs later of moving in we found bed bugs. I told Katie the property manager about these issues and she told me to clean the refrigerator myself and the unit was “bombed” before we moved in. Its currently saturday and Katie claims that pest control will assess the situation later this next week (currently saturday). these issues are completely unsafe and my concerns were not addressed I told katie she needs to reimburse me fo

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Living here has been such a great experience thanks to Katie and Alex. Katie is an outstanding property manager—always organized, easy to reach, and genuinely cares about the residents. She handles everything with professionalism and a positive attitude. Alex, the maintenance man, is just as amazing. He’s always prompt, skilled, and friendly, and he fixes any issues quickly and thoroughly. It's clear they both take pride in their work, and it really shows. I feel lucky to have such a reliable team managing the property!

A lot of negative things have been said about Arnold’s Park and Tzadik Mngt., but I believe they’re making the effort to change the culture here. My maintenance guy Alex was top notch. Professional, courteous, quick, and proficient. The request I made to replace a faulty light fixture was fulfilled. Excellent job. Problem solved
