Moved here from out of state and bought a Dave Armstrong custom home. Best homebuying experience we have ever had. The home is beautiful inside and out, of high quality construction, incredibly energy efficient, in a great neighborhood, and a fantastic value. We could not be happier with the home, the lot, and the customer service. Dave himself gave us the pre-closing walkthrough, so he knew every detail that went into the construction and design and was able to share that with us before we closed. Post-closing, he made himself personally available for any issues that we encountered (inevitable with new construction!) - he responds within minutes and handles everything immediately and with a can-do, no-problem attitude. Highly recommend.

Dave built our forever home during a very difficult time to build with unexpected supply chain problems and overcame all of it to build us a beautiful home. We are extremely happy with the home and would recommend Dave to anyone who is considering having him build you a custom home.
