I had to give one star which they don’t deserve in order to leave a review. This was the worse place I have ever lived. Filthy dirty, roaches galore, mice, everyone there smokes marijuana and I smelled it 24/7. My upstairs neighbors on the 2, 3 and 4th floors threw their trash out off the balconies because they were too tired to walk to the dumpster that was always full. Residents went through the trash constantly which is an invasion of privacy. No one spoke English. The worse thing? They are keeping my full deposit of $1041. illegally. I have hired a lawyer. Beware if you even think of moving there.

I came in about a month ago to look at an apartment, everyone was extremely friendly. Nichele helped answer all of my questions and even stayed 30 min after the tour was over to make sure I was satisfied. Very helpful, very organized.

As a tenant in one of their properties I can attest to the excellent communication from the main office and the responsiveness of their maintenance staff. I am very happy with their management style. Great job!

The lady that answers the phone is very rude. Every time I call she quickly rushes me off the phone.. doesn't give u a chance to complete your sentence before she responds.. also they need to change the hrs on the website..
