Quick to get you signed into a lease, have a hard time contacting anyone if you have issues with anything including major issues like water heater, laundry or electrical issues. Hard to get into contact with anyone to answer your questions. The floors are painted with lead paint and they don’t level the paint before you move in so the floors chip frequently. Difficulties getting someone on the phone and are giving me a hard time giving me my security deposit back even though I have paperwork they signed saying I followed all the rules. Save yourself the headache and extreme rent raises.

As a tenant in a building managed by Armory Management Co. I feel very fortunate. They are very pleasant and responsive to every request I have ever had.. The maintenance personnel are professional and respectful responding to problems quickly and with care to personnel property in the unit. The Property Manager has always been accommodating to the needs of our “community “. The building is well kept and secure… and it is a pleasure to live here.

Armory Management got my business started off with a great and affordable space. They took time to get to know my needs and the needs of my business to make sure the space I got appropriately fit my needs. They provided excellent services over the three years I rented from them and kept the rent manageable. They also promptly addressed any maintenance concerns I came across. I highly recommend working with them.

I rented from AMC for two years. I was in one of their properties and then upgraded to a larger unit after a year. First off, Kara is the best. She is willing to work with you to get you what you need and is so nice (she even brought treats for my dog once). I would still be living with them if I didn't have to move for work. Special shoutout to the maintenance workers. So friendly and always willing to help out. Gonna miss this place!

My husband and I recently moved into a fabulous live/work loft in the Pearl Street Lofts and absolutely love it here! Our loft is huge (2 levels, 2 full baths, over 2000 sq. ft.), well-appointed (stainless/granite kitchen, beautiful hardwoods, new washer/dryer, gorgeous exposed wood beams and brick), has plenty of parking (perfect for hosting guests), and is super quiet (rare to find in the city!). As soon as we stepped foot inside, we knew this was “home.” Management is super responsive to fix any issues that come up, and the maintenance staff are friendly and efficient. Huge thanks to Mindy Caster in the leasing office! Mindy showed us several apartments and was so patient and encouraging throughout the process.
