Gentry the property manager is the only saving grace for this armpit of an apartment complex. Asbestos in the ceilings, we got one filter change in the almost 2 years of living there, every door is at least 20 years old and needs replacing, HVAC system vents have never been cleaned (developed a terrible cough 2 weeks into living there. After moving, it is now gone, no joke!) You'll find dust all over the sink every couple of days cause of how much is built up. If you live there currently, take your vent cover off near the thermostat. You'll see how much is built up in there. Shooting across the street, had detectives show up at our door multiple times looking for the last tenants. I have been in the Lakemont Apartments for a little over 2 years and I couldn’t be happier. The maintenance staff is lightning fast, capable, and genuinely cares. Our property manager Gentry is simply outstanding. Between the friendly neighbors and the staff I feel like I live in a tiny slice of Heaven. I have lived in Loveland for 42 years and I assure you: All the love is in Loveland. When I first moved in I had major surgery and my new neighbors made enough food to feed me and my kids for 5 days. I had a maintenance emergency the first year that took much longer to fix because Armada properties respected that my dog was very ill. When he passed away I got a card signed by the Armada properties staff, flowers, and an incredible custom blanket. It’s crazy expensive to live in Colorado,

I love this company. They're reasonable, caring for tenants and always have great management. Ashley is very sweet and understanding. I've lived here now twice with a little RV living escape for about a year in between and i think they've actually really improved what with all new windows and a fresh parking lot. I miss Dawn but Ashley was perfect to fill her spot! Brian is a very easy going and hard working maintenance worker. This has been a good home even if it's a transition to bigger things.

I lived at lakemont for about 2yrs and it was the best renting experience ever. If we had a problem, they fixed it the day of or the day after. Me and my roommates got into a tight spot and they worked with us extensively. Never had a problem with management. My wife and i had just moved into another property they manage and it is perfect for us. Thank you guys for being an outstanding property management company. Ill recommend to everyone.

They do not seem to have their tenants best interests in mind. The apartment we rented from them was bug and snake infested, and had the oldest windows imaginable (one was even nailed shut). We were out of time to find a place so we took it. And not only that, but the upstairs neighbors were evil to us from day one. They entered our apartment without notice and took complaints from the awful neighbors without ever asking our side. Every time we had a maintenance problem we were straight up ignored. Snakes, leaks, violence from the awful neighbors, they did not care. And when they notified us that they would not be renewing our lease, we called AND emailed to ask for an explanation, and they ignored that too. Finally, they managed to find ways to take $730 of or $950 deposit, and refurbishe
