I love the Arlo apartments it’s been my favorite complex I’ve lived at in Atlanta so far. They are so on top of everything and have the place constantly cleaned and maintained. Javier was so helpful during the move in process and has been a great resident manager. I can always count on him to help when I need to and he’s a fantastic host at all of the community events. He’s so fun! The community is also very quite and peaceful with all the amenities. I highly recommend Arlo Decatur for you next home.

Arlo Decatur is a great place to live, but what really sets it apart is the management, especially Javier. He’s absolutely amazing! Always professional, super responsive, and genuinely goes out of his way to help. No matter what the question or issue, Javier handles it with care and makes you feel like a valued resident. The community itself is well-kept, but having someone like Javier in the office truly makes living here such a positive experience.

Been living here 5 years and have seen all the changes on the inside and out. Great location, solid amenities, very accessible to the rest of the city. Javier is wonderful and Aleah is very nice always such a help. I miss our old manager though, Adric. He was a really nice guy and a delight to have in the office. Would be nice to have someone with that same energy in the office again.
