Apt 607 in 100 east BV has slum lords for land lords.. the place is filthy… the toilets do not flush right and the AC when set at 75 would only cool to 68.. closets mirrors are cracked and do not run smooth on the track. Land lords wont fix anything.. in the lease they want you to pay for all repairs $450 or less.. every thing is old.. the baskets on the side of the refrigerator are held together with duck tape..

Moreover, many of the floors have a number of apartments under construction, exposing residents to excessive drilling noises constantly for hours on any given day. The air conditioning in the hallways is not working, nor are the elevators. There are five elevators in the building, and only two of them are in partially working condition, which leads to enormous lines in the hallways.
