We hired Jeremy Coomer for a pre-purchase home inspection, and unfortunately, we were extremely disappointed with the results. Upon moving into the property, we discovered multiple leaks—one very obvious one under a bathroom sink, and another serious issue with the shower pan. Water began seeping up through the floors within minutes of using the shower. We had to hire plumbers at our own expense to fix the shower drain pan. When we disputed the inspection charges due to these major oversights, Jeremy went directly to the title company to collect payment at closing. Additionally, the garage—despite having electrical wiring—was not inspected at all. This experience was both costly and frustrating, and I would not recommend this inspector to anyone looking for a thorough and reliable home
