Devon, the Property Manager, is extremely responsive to both our needs and the tenants needs. And the maintenance staff is fantastic. Very fast, knowledgeable, and trustworthy to give an honest and cost effective solution for repairs. As we add to our portfolio, all of our rentals will be managed by ARK!

I use ARK management to manage my rental property. They are super responsive and attentive. When I had a concern they promptly addressed the issue. It happened late on a Friday night, during the holiday season while my property manager was on a much deserved vacation. The owner of the company drove 45+ minutes to my property to check on everything. They are a small business that gives each client the attention that they deserve. Thank you ARK!

I gotta just say Devin is so sweet and very knowledgeable. I viewed a property with this company and they are surprisingly great at fixing propertys up. I love it. I look for things like that when renting making sure they take care of their propertys and make it look great. I found a place and am extremely excited. We sign the lease on Wednesday. I have a feeling that I have found a great rental management company and in return they have found an on time paying and respectable renter. So one hand washes the other. If youre in the market i promise thos company would be the one to go through. If you want a decent looking place you also have 90 days to choose.
